Appointment Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled treatment. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time, and we may not be able to extend your session.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please refer to our cancellation policy for applicable fees in this case.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Wave Aesthetics, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Any appointment that no-shows or cancels within 24 hours will be charged a $50 fee to the card on file.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings and may result in the inability to book future appointments.

Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. While we aim for excellent results, outcomes may vary from person to person.
Retail products are not subject to refund. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only. Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

Pet & Children Policy
Please leave pets at home, unless they are certified service animals.
We also ask that children not accompany you to your appointment in order to maintain a calm, safe environment for all guests and staff.
